What to Expect as an Artison Investor

Artison Investments Group partners with accredited investors who are looking for passive exposure to Southeast multifamily real estate through a disciplined value-add syndication model. This page walks you through the process, what we look for in a partner investor, and how to take the first step.

After submitting your application, an Artison principal will reach out within 3-5 business days to schedule an introductory call. From there, qualified investors are added to our deal flow list and notified when a new offering opens. Most investors participate in their first deal within 90-180 days of onboarding, depending on active pipeline.

We work with accredited investors who value transparency, have a mid-to-long term investment horizon (typically 3-7 years), and understand the value-add multifamily model. Prior real estate experience is welcome but not required. We prioritize investors who engage with our diligence materials and ask informed questions.
